SNEF has been offering courses such as Employment Act, Termination
& Dismissal and Safety Committee Members Training since SNEF's inception
in 1980; these popular courses are still being offered now. Training
courses are also constantly reviewed with new courses being introduced
to meet market demands.
The SNEF Training Institute is comprised of the Corporate Training
Centre (CTC) and Executive Development Centre (EDC). |

CTC focuses on providing practical and quality training at affordable
rates for SNEF members. Its purpose is to help companies build up
their core competencies among their employees.
The public workshops include SNEF core programs in Human Resources
/ Industrial Relations and other soft skill programs such as Business
Writing, Communication, Financial Management, Customer Service,
General Management, IT, Team Building and Safety & Health. |

The EDC offers programs/seminars to help CEOs and Senior Executives
lead the process of continuous improvement in their organizations.
Some of the programs include:
- Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)
This program by WorldatWork, USA, is the only worldwide certification
program for HR & Compensation Professionals. The uniqueness
of this course stems from facilitators being flown from US to
teach in Singapore for every module. Besides the GRP program,
WorldatWork also offers two global certificates in operations
to help HR professionals build toward professional certification.
These are the Certificate in Global Remuneration and Certificate
in Global Remuneration Administration.
- Global Leadership Program (GLP)
This program is conducted by corporate facilitators from the
Swiss Management Forum (SMF), a training and consultancy firm
based in Saint Gallen, Switzerland. They have proven track records
in devising globalization strategies for various organizations
and MNCs in Europe. For CEOs, MDs or Senior Executives who have
to face difficult decisions everyday about which management
strategies to implement, this course provides the framework,
tools and skills that are essential to make accurate decisions
to gain full control of global business operations.
