Programme Introduction




1. The Singapore National Employers Federation, together with our STF partners – the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), is pleased to bring to you the 2012 STF luncheon dialogue with CEOs. This special dialogue is organised in particular for CEOs and senior management staff who have been appointed within the past 1 year and would like to know about the work of the tripartite partners and our various tripartite initiatives.

2 At this luncheon event, CEOs will have the opportunity to engage Mr Tan Chuan-Jin, Acting Minister for Manpower, Mr Lim Swee Say, Secretary-General (NTUC), and Mr Stephen Lee, President (SNEF). Participants will also benefit from the sharing of experience and insights on the various manpower and employment policy issues currently facing businesses of today.
