Programme Introduction




1. The Standards eXchange on Management Systems aims to provide insights on how industries can leverage on management systems standards in enabling business growth and competitiveness.

2. The seminar will showcase the various management system standards that can help organisations both big and small, to better manage their systems and processes, so that their products or services are able to meet their objectives, such as satisfying the customer's requirements or complying with regulations.

3. You will learn first-hand on the upcoming new ISO 22301 Standard on Business Continuity Management Systems. This seminar also brings perspective from an SME on the implementation of management systems standards and the benefits they have achieved.

4. The Management Systems Standards Committee (MSSC) is one of the eleven Standards Committees under the industry-led Singapore Standards Council. As a national standards body, SPRING has set up the Singapore Standards Council to administer the Singapore Standardisation Programme. The MSSC leads in the development and promotion of the use of management systems standards to help organisations improve their competitiveness. It is also the Singapore industry link to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) management systems standards development.
