Programme Introduction




1. Budget 2010 will see a shift away from broad-based relief type measures towards measures that are targeted specifically at restructuring, enhancing productivity, and preparing for growth over the medium to longer term.

2. Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Minister for Finance will announce the 2010 Singapore Budget Statement on 22 February 2010.

3. The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) together with the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is pleased to organise the Budget 2010 Seminar for our members. We have invited speakers from CIMB-GK Research, RSM Chio Lim to share with our members the impact of budget 2010 on the Singapore economy and the 2010 budget highlights.
