1. The recent Influenza A pandemic scare has reminded many SMEs of the grim reality they faced during the 2003 SARs - recession. As SMEs brace themselves for the worst economic recession ever, it is imperative that they remain resilient and respond effectively as they face challenges ahead.

2. This event will address SMEs concerns in safeguarding the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation, brand and value creating activities. It will also highlight and remind participants of potential impacts that would threaten an organisation. This event will cover the essence of how:
