Programme Introduction




1. Due to good response and repeated requests from employers who have earlier missed the first seminar on 17 Oct, the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) together with the Institute of Mental Health (IMH) is pleased to bring you the Forum on Emotional Wellness @ the Workplace & Employers’ visit to IMH.

2. Employees today are under siege at their workplace because change is constant, turbulence is normal and work is relentless. They are not spared either at the home front as they need to juggle between work and personal life.

3. As a caring employer, how can you help your staff stay emotionally healthy? This forum aims to assist companies in providing support and addressing the emotional issues faced by staff at their workplace. There will also be a tour around IMH for all employers to discover their facilities and infrastructure.
