Programme Introduction

Since the first case of HIV was reported in 1985, the number of HIV infected Singaporeans has steadily increased to 2,852 cases as of June 2006. The United Nations estimates that the actual figure for Singapore is likely to be three times higher. The majority of the infected people are in the 20 to 49 age group (77.2%). Four out of every five infected Singaporeans are actively employed in the workforce.

What should you do if this happens in your workplace? How should you manage? What are the support and services available for workplaces?

Attend this clinic to find out how to manage HIV/AIDS at the Workplace.
