Programme Introduction

1. The Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP) will be organising a half-day Workshop on Fair Employment Practices on the morning of 17 January 2007, and would like to invite you to attend the workshop.

2. As a participant, you can look forward to hearing first hand from our speakers, practical advice and tips on implementing Fair Employment Practices (FEP).

3. The Tripartite Guidelines of Fair Employment Practices will also be launched at the workshop. The guidelines are developed by TAFEP to update and replace the “Code of Responsible Employment Practices” issued by the Singapore National Employers’ Federation / Singapore Business Federation and the National Trades Union Congress in 2002.

10.25am	Presentation on Implementation of FEP by Ms Annie Yap Managing Director, The GMP Group
10.40am	Panel Discussion with TAFEP Co-Chairs and Presenters

11.30am	Workshop to illustrate business care for Diversity and Inclusion by Ms Peta Bayman
