Programme Introduction

1. The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is pleased to invite all members and employers to attend this briefing on Monday, 1 March 2010. All participants will receive an update on SPUR and how SNEF is helping employers move forward.

2. Employers will be provided information on a recruitment portal to support our employers’ recruitment efforts as well as some solutions for managing diversity in the workplace. Employers asked for, and wanted relevant, practical, and heavily funded courses, which can be focused and contextualized by either industry or job category, because this approach helps employers and their workforce benefit more and enhances the learning experience. SNEF has heard and we deliver. Employers will learn about a range of heavily funded and practical courses, commonly requested by employers to complement their training needs. You will also hear how other employers maximize on available courses and implement skill upgrading for PMETs (Professionals, Managers, Executives & Technicians).
