Programme Introduction

1. Flexi-Works!, a $3-million funding scheme which offers a grant of up to $100,000 is now available. Why not take this opportunity to leverage on Flexi-Works! if your company is looking to recruit local part-time workers or workers on a flexible work arrangement (FWA) to address your manpower needs in this dynamic and tight labour market.

2. Companies can tap on the Flexi-Works! programme, launched jointly by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA); where under the programme, grants will be provided to locally based or registered companies to fund costs incurred by the company to implement part-time work and/or flexible work arrangements.

3. Not to be missed! Hear it first-hand from our Guest Speaker, Mdm Halimah Yacob, Deputy Secretary-General, National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), who heads the Tripartite Committee Workgroup on Enhancing Employment Choices for Women; to share on the imperative of adopting FWA in workplaces, concerns and challenges in attracting women back to the workforce.
