Programme Introduction




As the population ages, it is becoming clear that businesses risk losing enormous skills and competitive advantages, through the combination of older workers retiring and less-experienced workers trying to replace years of knowledge to ensure future growth and productivity. How companies respond to this challenge will have a large bearing on their future growth in an increasingly competitive environment.

SNEF is working with companies to enhance the employability of older workers through Job Redesign and Age-friendly practices. Funding up to $300,000 are available for companies to support these projects.

You are cordially invited to attend this seminar to know more about the funding available and hear first-hand benefits of companies which have implemented Job Re-design projects at their workplaces.
