SHARE - A core programme of the Community Chest - Social Help and
Assistance Raised by Employees, allows every working individual to
contribute to a fixed monthly amount through payroll, GIRO or credit
card, to help the less privileged.
Or be part of the pace-setters by pledging to be a pace-setter company
means that you are committed to increase your organization's SHARE
participation rate by 30% or recruit 300 new donors.
The money you donate will aid in improving the lives of 178,973 individuals
in many ways, such as by giving medical support to the dying: teaching
basic living skills to the physically or mentally disabled, provided
nursing home care for frail and sick elderly: counselling and assisting
families in crisis and taking care of abused and neglected children
in children's homes.
SNEF encourages its members to be a SHARE pacesetter as part of its
corporate citizenship responsibilities.

The Family Friendly Firm (FFF) Award is a biennial award given out
by MCDS, MOM, SNEF and NTUC to encourage more companies to introduce
and promote innovative pro-family practices for their employees. The
award recognises companies who help their employees balance work and
family commitments.
Winning companies can also use the FFF logo in their publicity and
recruitment materials to show that they are employers of choice.
