EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE (MEMBER RELATIONS)** |
Responsibilities
You will assist to market, promote and conceptualize membership services for companies. You will also be required to manage the membership database, provide administrative support and work with tripartite partners in organizing activities and programmes.
Qualifications
- A degree / Diploma in any discipline preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience
- Able to multi-task and possess good customer relations skills
- Possess an eye for details, good communication skills and a positive work attitude
- Understanding of HRM and Public Relation issues will be an advantage

Responsibilities
This job requires a dynamic individual to take charge of EA’s public relations and media opportunities. You would be required to draft speeches, information kits and liaise with external parties regarding EA projects and activities. You would also be required to oversee projects to create awareness of work-life strategy and manage the communication and promotional aspects of such initiatives, including online broadcasts, hard copy publications and events.
Qualifications
- Degree in Communications or Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Highly proficient in the English language with strong writing skills
- Bilingualism is an advantage
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
| PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR/SPECIALIST*** |
Responsibilities
You are required to plan and execute outreach and capability development events such as work-life seminars/workshops and coordinate EA publications. You would also be expected to provide administrative support for overall EA operations, e.g. management of membership database, verbal and written communications with members and the public.
Qualifications
- Diploma/degree in Mass Comm, Marketing, Business, or equivalent
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Fresh graduates may also apply
- Good skills in customer service and communication (oral and written) required
- Experience in events management, customer management or HR management useful
