We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the following positions:

MANAGER (HR CONFERENCES)
Responsibilities
You will organize events as platforms to share thought leadership and management practices in HR at the workplace to help employers to better engage their employees, to enhance innovation and productivity and manage talent. You will conceptualize, source for speakers, market as well as oversee the logistics and administration of the events.

Qualifications
- A degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years experience in marketing and organizing conferences
- Must have a good knowledge of and a keen interest in HR challenges and issues

EXECUTIVE (INFORMATION SERVICES)
Responsibilities
You will assist in conceptualizing and conduct research on employment issues. You will maintain information databases and provide economic and labour information to employers.

Qualifications
- A degree in Business/Economics/Statistics
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Possess good communication skills and is meticulous
- Keen interest in economic and employment issues

EXECUTIVE (PROJECT MANAGEMENT)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the administration and promotion of Government funding schemes related to creating jobs. You will liaise with companies on project monitoring and fulfilment, processing of claims and follow up as well as plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications
- A Degree in Business Administration with some experience in Human Resource Management
- Good administration and communication skills
- Diploma holders with at least 2 years of work experience may also apply and will be appointed as Assistant Executives

EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE (PROJECTS)
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the promotion of Government funding schemes & training related to employability of older employees including engaging companies on job redesign at industrial level, project monitoring as well as plan and execute marketing and outreach activities.

Qualifications
- Degree (Business Studies/HRM) with at least 4 years relevant working experience (preferably in HR)
- Fresh graduates who possess good knowledge with positive attitude may be considered
- Good communication skills at all levels
- Problem solving skills

ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE (FINANCE & ADMIN)
Responsibilities
You will be involved in accounts payable, project accounts, general ledgers and other finance functions. You will also undertake office administration.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel
- Good administration skills
